Make personal assessment → give strengths, and pick the type of companies from Day 1
Fundamentals of design and tech -Mock interviews → from day 1 (peer to peer)
The questionnaire aims to identify your product skills and where they could be improved.
This helps us design the course and personalize it according to your weaknesses along with the course.

We want you to understand the fundamental principles and the real problems behind their problems. Return to the **first principles to understand the problem before solving it. We help you inculcate this thought process this week.
To give you an example – Suppose you were a PM at Uber, and you were asked to solve the problem of **cancellations by the driver.*

This week, you will get to know
How to identify user personas based on the problem How to map user journeys and flows
You’ll learn how to use Fig-jam, Miro, and other prototyping tools
By the end of this week, you shall have great insights into
identifying the root cause of the product problem and how you can
depict that using personas, flows, and journeys
After Week 5, you will be able to do user research and discovery.

How to prioritize from a list of features? What principles can you use to decide?
How to communicate with the developers and designers? Plan the sprint? How to write User Stories, EPICs, and PRDs.
You will also get to use and train yourself on Trello, JIRA etc
After Week 6 , you will be able to write user stories, EPICs, and PRDs, have a keen sense of prioritising and learn to use JIRA, Trello etc.
